OT Frozen Food company believes in simple-to-understand frequently asked questions when you shop with us. To help make your online shopping experience with us a pleasant one, we have included all the necessary details below.


How are your orders packed?

A:Your orders will arrive in a sealed box with your products inside. It will either be vacuum packed or sealed.

When can I get my orders?

A:To get your products the following day, you must place your order at the cut off time. Orders should be accomplished and paid for on or before 2:00 pm to be eligible for next day deliver (working day), and is subjected to available delivery slots. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm will be delivered the next working day.


When does delivery usually take place?

A:Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, 12 - 6 pm.*

*Please note that this subject to change depending on delivery loads or during peak periods, such as on Public Holidays

When will my delivery arrive?

A:Our customer service staff will notify you on the day of your delivery what time your order will arrive. You may choose to receive your order by hand or via contactless exchange.

How can I waive off my delivery charge?

A:If your total reaches $30, you can enjoy the island-wide deliveries free of charge.


What payment methods do you offer?

A:We offer a variety of payment methods such as Stripe (Mastercard/Visa Payment), and offline payment methods such as PayNow at your convenience.
